Policies

 Payment Policy:
*The annual membership fee is NON-refundable.
*Our prices are based on an average of 4 weeks/month.
*Full payments are due on the 1st of each month. We accept cash, check, or Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge).
*Beginning January 1, 2019, all accounts must be on automatic (recurring) billing.  This requires a current credit card or bank account to be on your account.  You will be billed on the 1st of the month.  Your account will be billed monthly unless you provide written discontinuance of the program by the 15th of the month PRIOR to the 1st of the month being billed for.  Please call (573) 339-1992 or visit the office during normal business hours.

*Payments made after the 10th of the month will result in a $10.00 late fee.


Make ups:
*Missed classes will not result in receiving a refund or a pro-rated monthly fee.
*Make-ups are scheduled, and you must have your name on the list.
*You are responsible for scheduling a make-up class in the event of an unscheduled closing. (Snow,tornado,wind,fire…etc…)
*Scheduled closings may not be made up.


Drop Policy:
*Discontinuance of the program will not result in a refund for the classes you did not complete.  There is a $25 drop fee to discontinue taking classes during the session.


Written Notice must be provided no less than the 15th of the month prior to the 1st of the month to drop a class or your account will continue to be charged.

Dress Policy:
*All female gymnasts may wear a leotard or shorts and shirt.

(Please no leotards with skirts.)
*Male gymnasts may wear cloth shorts and a t-shirt. (no baggy clothes please!)
*Tumblers may also wear shorts and a t-shirt.
*No jewelry is allowed.
*Hair must be pulled away from face.
*No socks, shoes or pantyhose are to be worn.
